These beedis are made by using qualitative raw material such as tobacco, procured from various south Indian states. In addition to tobacco, we also obtain threads, printed papers with our brand name for facilitating individual as well as bulk packaging. Our beedis enriched with the above mentioned features remain in huge demand and has made us an active part of the Indian tobacco market.

The Indian tobacco market continues to be dominated by indigenous beedis in volume terms. The production of beedis takes place in our manufacturing plant spread in an area of 4 acres and conducive for the production of beedies.
In the beedi making process, we use quality tobacco which is procured from our authentic vendors. Various leaves such as Kuda, Ebony and Tendu are obtained locally for the purpose of wrapping the tobacco. Various tools such as a pair of scissors, furnace and many more are used in making beedis.
The leaves so obtained are first soaked in water for around twelve hours in order to make them soft. Later these are put in a furnace to make them adaptable for further processing. The leaf is then cut in the required size by our beedi rollers who give it a proper shape after stuffing the necessary amount of tobacco in it.  It is then rounded with the help of fingers and is assembled in bundles of 25 or 50 and is suitably packed.

Our well organized, warehouse with a storage capacity of 1000 units helps us to stock our beedis in a safe and sound way. The quality based beedis are properly labeled for easy identification and retrieval at the time of delivery.

Our sound in-house transport facility allows us in taking an edge over our competitors in the market by delivering the consignments with in a stipulated frame of time.
