Blastec India has indigenously developed formulations and composition for manufacture of BLASTECH- series of Bulk Emulsion Explosives for supply in down-the-hole basis to the opencast mines of NCL, SECL & MCL and other subsidiaries of CIL. The compositions have been thoroughly investigated and improved upon under the guidance of CMRI, Dhanbad. The supplies from Waidhan unit were commenced in September 1999 and since then Blastech-80 is being used regularly in NCL projects in both dry and wet borehole conditions, and the performance is satisfactory. The supplies from Raigarh Unit were commenced in April 2000, and since then we have been supplying Blastech-80 in Shovel & Dragline Benches of MCL & SECL projects under all strata conditions; and the performance has been well accepted and appreciated by the officials. We are regular supplier to dragline & shovel benches to Various Projects of NCL, MCL and the performance is satisfactory. We are offering Blastech-80 for use in the opencast mines of NCL, MCL, and CCL in both Shovel & Dragline benches under all strata conditions
