Plastic Masterbatches
We are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting superior quality of master batches, which are used in different industries. White, Black & Colour Master Batches
White, Black & Colour Master Batches

Black - This Master Batch made of high grade LDPE/LLDPE polymer (Reliance/SABIC), with Carbon Black (Cabot) which is used in this Master Batch, is of very fine grade (required as per ISI Specifications) and is having very high jetness. Imported Polyethylene Wax (BASF) is used as dispersing agents, to give excellent dispersion, with Antioxidants.
White
- This Master Batch made of hi grade LDPE/LLDPE polymer (Reliance/IPCL), with Imported Titanium Di-Oxide R – 104 of DuPont, which gives excellent properties to the Masterbatch such as gloss and high opacity. Imported Polyethylene Wax (BASF) is used as dispersing agents, to give improved dispersion, with Antioxidants.
Colour
- This Master Batch made of high grade LDPE/LLDPE polymer (Reliance/IPCL), with standard colour pigments to give excellent properties to the Masterbatch. Imported Polyethylene Wax (BASF) is used as dispersing agents, to give excellent dispersion, with Antioxidants.



Conductive Antistatic Master Batches

Electrical charges can form on the surface of plastic products during mold release, the winding of film and transportation of components. The accumulation of this surface charge can have serious consequences. Electro static discharge can cause fire or explosions and damage to sensitive electrical components. Conductive antistatic master batches can increase problems with the handling of goods and cause unattractive dust buildup on clear plastic articles. Addition levels vary from 3-5% higher levels may be needed in more crystalline polymers such as HDPE. A higher addition level increases the migration rate to surface, resulting in better initial performance. The level of fatalities, injuries and property damage resulting from fires continues to be high and improvement of fire safety through the use of flame retardants like brominated flame retardants are highly effective and frequently the only option to reduce the fire risk posed by flammable materials. Flame retardant master batches will extend the application areas where resistance to ignition and burning are important feature. Addition levels vary from 16 - 35% depends upon the rating i.e. V2, V1, V0. FR compound are used in batteries, plug tops, welding cables, sockets, automotive components, electrical insulation, connectors and FR films.



Bio Degradable Master Batches

These are based in starch and LDPE material, these can be directly blown in film or injection moulding. Bio degradable master batches is made mostly by organic corn starch as the ingredient. The biodegradation principle: Through engulf and erode of the polymer by the microorganism in nature, thus leads the amylolytic plastic molecule dissolves, oxidize, and relieve the carbon dioxide; therefore it reaches the biodegradable effects. The types of biodegradable master batch have special-used type and master batch- added type. We are offering a wide range of special effect master batches including metallic effect, marble effect, pearl effect and flours cent effect. The metallic effect Master batches add glittering or metallic effect to the final products. This effect is generated by adding of metallic flakes with the conventional solid coloring system. Our marble effect master batches contain certain special additives with certain special characteristics. These are exclusively used in the plastic furniture industry and general household plastic goods. These are widely used for molding applications. In the pearl effect Master batches, there are special pearl pigments in different particle sizes & this can be used with gold, silver and many other colors. These are used of blow molding, films and injection. In the flours cent Master batches, there are flours cent pigments which emit flours cent light in different colors. These are used of blow molding, films and injection.



UV Master Batches

Recent advances in plastic manufacturing and processing have led to ever more applications in which plastics replace other materials such as glass, metal, paper and wood. Exposure to sunlight and some artificial lights can have adverse effects on the useful life of plastic products. UV radiation can break down the chemical bonds in a polymer. This process is called photodegradation and ultimately causes cracking, chalking, color changes and the loss of physical properties. Plastic generally ages rapidly under the effects of light, oxygen and heat, leading to:
  • loss of strength, stiffness of flexibility
  • discoloration
  • scratching and loss of gloss
ADVANTAGES:
  • They do not absorb UV radiation, but act to inhibit degradation of the polymer
  • Increase Shelf life of the product.
APPLICATION: It is used for products used in Outdoor applications such as, Irrigation films, jumbo bags, Moulding items .

Polypropylene is a partially crystalline thermoplastic homopolymer with high stiffness and hardness as well as good chemical resistance. In comparison to other plastics, PP is very light with a density of 0.91 g/cm3 . PP is physiologically harmless and can be used in direct contact with food. Long term usage up to 80 C is possible. In cold conditions, PP becomes brittle and impact sensitive. PP Homopolymer can be welded and machined and is used often in chemical equipment and in the electroplating and photo industries.
