It is a unique process based on the formation of fluorocarbon barrier layer on the polymer surface which is equivalent to imparting teflon like properties to conventional hdpe bottles and containers. Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Control Policy To ensure highest level of quality, the bottles are checked throughout the manufacturing process, the blow moulding process by the machine operator, online Quality Control inspectors, packers and other quality control personnel from start to finish. Online checks are made in the following cases:
The entire production is checked at regular intervals.
In lab QC checks are made on all products after each process i.e., Blow moulding, Injection moulding, fluorination, printing and packaging before despatch.
Each checks is attested with Quality Control Certificate by Quality the Control Head.
