BLOOMS GREEN FARM
Blooms Green Farm is a 15 Acre organic farm situated near a small town called Kenichira. The location is equidistant (17km) from 3 main towns of Wayanad viz Sulthan Bathery, Mananthavady and Kalpetta.

The farm is having coffee, pepper, cardamom, coconut, areca nut, nut meg, vanilla, paddy, cocoa as cash crops and fruit items such as chikku, avocado, papaya, banana, mangostine, ramputtan, orange, musambi, guava, jack, champanga. The villas are situated sufficiently distant from the bus route to avoid the vehicle traffic sound and dust pollution. A walk track is provided within the farm itself and guests need not go outside even for a morning walk. There?s flood lit open air shuttle badminton court, indoor table tennis court and ample space for children to play around. 5000SqFt swimming pond is under construction with 5 feet water depth, scheduled completion in September 2011.

Homestay
We provide homestay accommodation facilities exclusively for families in an ambience of earthy wellbeing in the villas constructed within the farm. Now there are 4 furnished villas completed
One 4-Bedroom villa.
Two 3-Bedroom villas.
One 2-Bedroom villa.

House plots
We are also in the business of acquiring large extents of land and selling it in parts suitable for residences. We already have completed 3 such community villa projects with 3 years maintenance commitments. 2 more properties are recently acquired and development works underway. Each house plot buyer can ensure power, water, drive way, secured fence around and 3 years free maintenance from our part.

Construction of Villas
Another service we provide to our genuine customers is civil engineering support for construction. Our engineering division has ? 3 Civil Engineering graduates from our family itself, 2 Project managers, 4 Site engineers and 120 skilled work force. Those who wants to build their villas in their house plots, we take them to the completed villas and introduce them to the owners. Once they see many finished villas and communicate with the owners, it will be easy to finalize the design, specifications and budget.
