Introduction
We are leading manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of plastic
containers, plastic container, plastic cap, plastic bottles and plastic
closures for packaging. PPI Blow Pack Pvt. Ltd. has been in plastic
packaging industry for over 30 years and has emerged as leader in creating
total packaging solutions for Healthcare, Chemical, Food and Beverage,
Consumer goods, Pharmaceutical, FMCG and lubricant industry.
- Starting off as a plastic packaging Company in the early 1970's.
- Diversified from plastic packaging to packaging solutions with entry
into contract manufacturing to leverage on One Stop Shop concept of
manufacturing under one roof.
- On request of clients, started Promotional Products division to cater
to the needs of clients for cost effective quality conscious products on

Organizational /
Production Infrastructure
The company delivers Total Packaging solutions through its network of four
main manufacturing facilities, product development centres and one testing
laboratory that house the following infrastructure:
- Design Autocad Station
- Complete Tool Room for in-house Mold making capability
- Over 50 + Blow molding machines and 15 + injection molding machines
- Printing machines for multi-color printing and sleeving machines for
sleeve container
- Total Quality Management (TQM) Systems including Leak detecting, Drop
Testing and other checking machines for its range of products
- Formulation infrastructure including Blenders, filling machines,
packing stations etc.
Developments
The Company has tried to integrate all its functions around the development
process in order to provide better, faster and better quality service to its
clients. It's design and development infrastructure including Autocad
station & tool room have allowed the organization to develop many
products for the clients in recent times. They include:

- Child resistant cap with one tablet fall container for Dr. Reddy's
- Delite Container for Cadbury India Ltd
- Sipper for Glucon-D owned by Heinz India Pvt. Ltd
