It was 21 long years back in the a year 1989 that two enterprising brothers Pushkar Dalal and Milan Dalal formed their company Bluecoat Private Limited and started trading in the field of textile printing chemicals. While Pushkar has always been maestro in marketing, Milan took care of the administration , finance, production and the back office.

However the itch and eagerness to explore new horizons culminated into their establishing a manufacturing plant at Panoli in Gujarat. That was the entry of Bluecoat into manufacturing arena with the purpose to create state of the art chemicals & adhesives.
