Detailed Description Usage Areas - Bluecoat 9000 is widely used for all Types of Wood, Cold Press/Hot Press and Post forming applications.
- For bonding Plywood/ MDF /Particle board etc with each other & also bonding with Laminate/Veneer etc.
- For Edge Bonding, Finger Jointing and Wooden Flooring (where water seepage is not present)
- For filling knots, holes and cracks in all kinds of timber and wood.
- For the purpose of bonding paper / cardboard / Thermocol / Book-Binding, Pencil Manufacturing, Handicrafts and Paper Tube Making.
- For manufacture of sports-goods, fabric-starching, and wall-paper fixing.
Application Method - The surface which is to be bonded should be properly leveled and made free from oil / grease /dust & excess moisture. For best results roughen the surfaces to be bonded.
- Excellent spreadability for better coverage.
- The entire process of application & pressing should be completed within 10 minutes.
- Both surfaces are then brought together with proper alignment and pressed firmly to ensure uniform contact & even spreading of adhesive.
- Bonded area should be kept under pressure with the help of tapes, nails, clamps or support.
- Any excess adhesive should be wiped out with a wet cloth immediately.
- Pressure can be removed after 8 hours and it is now ready for the use. Complete curing is achieved in 24 Hrs.
