It is used to depict whether resistance of the strap system including the wearer is within the acceptable resistance levels. To use it, the user has to insert the banana plug in the banana socket or snap the snap button into the socket in the front of the tester in order to checks the resistance of the system by pressing a touch plate switch. A green LED is used to signal that the strap system is OK and the two RED LEDs separately indicate the resistance above or below the specific limits.
