Our CD projection welding machines basically operate on the principle of capacitor discharge. The welders use fabricated frame structure for housing the capacitor banks, control circuits charging and discharging transformers. The welding electrodes are mounted in C-shaped quick response press mechanism and electrode movement is hydraulically/pneumatically operated.
