We, Blue Tech Engineering Covai (P) Limited is one of the renowned names engaged in manufacturing and exporting precision engineered CNC Machine Component, Valves and Automobile Component. We are an ISO 9001: 2009 certified company (certificate issued by TUV during 2005) and have set up quality standards to cater to the international community. When we stared our company, we used to offer Textile Machine Spares, VST, Kamco Triller spares and similar products, but gradually we increased our product range and stated exporting it all over the world. Our range includes assemble valve body, ball valve adapter, ball valve main body, bearing caps, automotive bonnet, globe valve body mini, globe valve body, oil field gate valve body, gfl body, diesel engine piston, tee body, precision automotive spare parts, precision cnc machined components, precision directional valves, metal valve covers and brass valve covers. Our range has been appreciated for its features such as Durability, Dimension accuracy, Application Specific Design, and High Temperature Tolerance. These basically cater to the requirements of various valve industries. We are also engaged in manufacturing Automobile Spares, Two Wheeler Chain Sprockets of Indian market vehicles Hero Honda, Bajaj, Yamaha and Suzuki. Additionally, we also under take OEM projects for our clients across the globe and we are a regular Original Equipments supplier for M/s. L. G. Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd, India.
We are led by our promoter, Mr. Mahesh Kumar who has enormous knowledge in the domain. Due to his sharp business acumen and industrial experience, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the industry. He also supervises our personnel in comprehending various technical details given by our clients so that our range is manufactured exactly as per given specifications. Further, it is due to his efforts, our company is in the Central Excise bracket from the start itself and this explains our production volume.
With fully trained and qualified engineers in our organization, we can guarantee the highest level of client satisfaction. In order to obtain utmost client satisfaction by manufacturing quality products and deliver them in time, we have two segregated manufacturing units. One unit is engaged in the production of Chain Sprocket and other manufactures CNC Machined components and Valve Components. Further, our manufacturing units aid us in fabricating our range in bulk with the stipulated time period. Our manufacturing unit has latest machines for manufacturing and testing such as MP, RT, UT, DP for testing purpose. Further, we have experienced quality analysts who stringently check our range on well-defined parameters to ascertain that quality components are delivered to our esteemed clients.

Manufacturing Facilities
To cater to the increasing demands of our clients, we have robust manufacturing units that help us to offer quality CNC Machine Component, Valves and Automobile Component. Our first manufacturing unit is a Chain Sprocket Division and is engaged in manufacturing the same. The second unit is a CNC Machine Shop that deals in fabricating different CNC machined component and Valve components. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is supported by our in-house design unit which is integrated with various latest machines that are managed by a team of experts. The Unit - I is segregated into four different departments as In Press Shop - H Type capacity - 100 Tons, 150 Tons,& 200 Tons

Our Future Plan for Unit II is to expand its manufacturing capability with assembles system for our customer to give prompt supply. For this we are going to add the following Machines in Unit II - Horizontal Machining Centre

These machines are regularly checked in order to ensure their effective performance and hence aids in smooth and uninterrupted production process.
