About Us

Owned by honorable Mr. Babu Choudhary, B M C Enterprises was established in the year 1993 as a proprietorship firm to manufacture an assortment of Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel equipments that are required in chemical and food industries. In addition to steel equipments, we also specialize in other materials including copper, brace, Monel, inconel, titanium, and duplex steel.

Our products are renowned for their high class and high operating performance. World class infrastructure and established quality procedures are few of the reasons behind our specialized quality products.

Along with a well equipped factory in Bhosari M.I.D.C. Pune, Maharashtra, India, the company is supported by a team of industrial professionals who make sure that every product is as per our quality standards. In addition they also ensure that the product reaches our clients’ site within the stipulated time frame.

Infrastructure and Facilities

We have a sound infrastructure which includes a manufacturing unit, quality testing lab in addition to other facilities.

Total area: 6000sq. ft (30 ft width x 30 ft height)
Material Handling Facilities: Overhead crane 10 ton. Cap. at each workshop.
Special Facilities Available: Plate rolling up to 2500 mm width x 20 mm thick (With Auto prep inching) and Hydro, Pneumatic Testing

Additionally, we have the facility to design pressure vessels and storage tanks as per various codes including following:

Quality Policy

At B M C Enterprises, we follow stringent Quality Policy to ensure that no stone is left unturned as far as quality of our products is concerned. A brief step-by-step overview of our methodical quality policy is cited below:

Raw Material and Incoming Parts Control

For quality products is important to use only the quality tested raw materials. Hence, we procure our raw materials from reliable and established sources. It is then passed through metallurgical, chemical and mechanical tests as per our quality policy. Also, we store the materials under congenial environment and apply color-coding schemes to identify their different grades.


Manufacturing process

On the basis of approved drawings, different production parameters are categorized into major and minor characteristics. Parameters demanding closer tolerances & control are highlighted. On the basis of this parameter, entire manufacturing process and equipments are pointed out. The procedures for stage inspection, end inspection and performance testing are sorted out.


Process Capability

As per our quality policy, we carry out studies for process capability of critical machines & process. This ensures that the production process and equipments are efficient enough to meet the required quality parameters.


Inspection

Next step in our quality policy is to prepare a complete inspection instruction and check list. This also specifies the periodic recalibration and checking of comprehensive inspection & Q.C. equipments. This list is provided to the shop inspection personnel to measure, check & test various quality norms, to ensure that only quality parts are passed on the next level.

Third party inspection



For finest quality products, our quality policy says to take assistance of third party inspections, whenever required. So, we have worked under different third party inspection, which includes following:
