With our profound industrial business experience, we manufacture the high caliber Calendria. The product is basically used for Vendanta Alumina. This reactor vessel has the shape of a large cylinder and it contains a moderator. The product is weighed at 110 tons.

We manufacture and provide the top class and carefully constructed heat exhanger. The product finds primary application in cooking of grain, mash and starch slurry. Its other applications include simple pumping of semi-solids and process applications in which reactions are involved, as a result of addition of steam. This high performance and dimensionally accurate product is directly installed in pipelines. It has a shell thickness of 32 mm.

We are engaged in the manufacture of top class high pressure reactors. The product is specially designed to give an integrated system to run and apply all the principles of elevated throughput experimentation to the reactions that are conducted at increased temperatures and very high pressures. Few of the salient features of the product include individual temperature control, continuous pressure monitoring, computer control and data logging. The product is available with us in a shell thickness of 36 mm.

The product manufactured by us, is widely used to separate the vapour & liquid phases of mixtures which contain hydrocarbon and steam. This way only vapour stream is fed out and processed further. It comprise of a vessel, a hub, two vapour outlets; one located at distant end of hub and the other located below vapour outlet. One of its application is in pre-processing of heavy olefins plant feed (crude or condensates). The vapour liquid separator can operate over a range of temperatures such as 260-482 °C (500-900 °F).
