The BNR Group's manufacturing capabilities encompass the entire gamut of precision engineering products. The three elements which transform the most complex engineering drawing to reality is state-of-the-art machinery, technically qualified professionals and a stable management policy.
The Machine shop layout suits the line concept for mass production as well as batch production. BNR has CNC Machining Center with Pallet Changer and CNC Turning Centers of capacity 6mm to 350mm dia, with the latest control systems meant for Production jobs, Dies and Moulds.
The production line has a back-up of Single Spindle and Multi-spindle Automatics for mass production, Automatic Chuckers ideal for Machining of Ferrous and Non-ferrous casting and sophisticated Tool-room facilities.
All these are in addition to various conventional machineries and, of course, welding equipments.
BNR has a captive power of 500 KVA.
