Incepted in the year 1992, Bohra Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters, suppliers and importers of extruded & moulded rubber components, rubber to metal bonded components, automotive rubber and tubing rubber. Under the able guidance our Managing Director – Mr Mahendra Bohra, the company has grown leaps and bounds. We form a part of a renowned group – Bohra Group, that has established in the year 1924. Since it’s existence, the group has always a front runner in the industry. We have Bohra Mills as another group company of ours, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting Packaged Sesame Oil since 1924. Our multifarious experience has made us to carve a niche for ourselves and even enabled us to gain the trust of millions of clients in domestic as well as international markets.

We manufacture and supply all the rubber extruded products in accordance to BIS. All our components meet the stringent quality parameters of SAE, ASTM, JIS and other standards also. We can categorize our product range as follows:

• Extruded Rubber Components: EPDM profiles, EPDM flocked channel profiles, EPDM door seals, EPDM deck lid seal, EPDM windshield seals, EPDM profiles for the Building and Construction Industry. These are manufactured using compounds consisting of EPDM, neoprene, nitrile, silicon, viton, SBR, natural rubber and many more. EPDM is vastly used in automotive sealing profiles due to various features such as it is cold and ozone resistant, heat-resistant, flex-crack resistant and has excellent appearance and lustre.

• Rubber to Metal Bonded Components: Engine mounts, transmission mounts, strut mounts and other rubber to metal bonded components. All these rubber to metal bonded components are manufactured by using high end NBR, CR and RMA compounds.

• Moulded Rubber Components: Grommets, bellows, dust caps, rubber boots, rubber mounting rings, lead bushings and other custom-made components. We specialise in manufacturing these components in high-end compound in EPDM, CR, NBR, viton, silicon etc.

Our company is well equipped by latest and modern infrastructural facilities to meet the desired requirements of our esteemed clients. We are having integrated rubber extrusion and moulding facilities to manufacture the products. Various machines that are installed at our production unit are:

With the help of all these latest machines and equipment, we show an annual capacity of around 1800 tonnes for elastomers. All these facilities are also supported by our in house tool room facilities, due to which we can ensure latest developments and innovations as per the clients' requirements.

We are TS 16969 : 2002 certified and BIS  (Bureau of Indian Standards) approved company. We manufacture all our products as per the quality norms set and prescribed by the above mentioned. Our quality control department is handled by trained and experienced quality control experts. We are also equipped with various testing facilities such as tensile strength testing equipment, load dispersion testing equipment, aging oven, muffle furnace, etc. to undertake testing of all types of rubber components and their properties.

Research and Development
We are having separate Research and Development department, where our team is continuously engaged in industry and market analysis to develop new products as per the prevailing trends and clients' requirements. We are also equipped by strong warehousing facilities where all our products are stored in safe, secure and hygienic environment so that non defective products are delivered to our clients.
