In chemical and fertiliser units, the gases contain injurious substance which on reaction with ferrous material, reduces its life. As such CI Gills are fitted on pressure parts, used in such industries, to share the heat of such gases so that the outer surface of bare tubes is not effected. Such gases do not have any reaction on the CI Gills, fitted on bare pressure parts.

Special care is taken while shrunk-fitting these gills on bare tubes so that proper heat transfer is ensured.

Heat Recovery Units, used in such industries, can also be manufactured as per the buyer''s specifications. Tubes/units are supplied under IBR inspection.

3rd party inspection can also be offered.

Using Complex electronic techniques, these tubes/coils are widely used in soda ash recovery boilers and fluidized bed combustion boilers to improve heat transfer and minimize erosion due to ash and direct impeachment of coal. For better quality, capacitor-discharge system is adopted. These Tubes/Coils are fabricated/studded as per Customer's drawings/specifications. Both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Studs can be used. Proper contact between Stud and Tube is ensured. 3rd party Inspection is accepted.

Fabricated out of Carbon Steel/Alloy Steel Seamless tubes for high temperature/pressure services. We provide these as per customer's drawings/specifications. Complete Super heaters along with headers are also fabricated. 3rd Party Inspection is accepted.
