  • Five Point vertical double toggle clamp mechanism-Hardened & Grinded.
  • Large Opening stroke. · Large distance between tie bars.
  • Moving platen supported on adjustable wear plates to reduce load on tie bars.
  • Phosphor bronze bushes provided on moving platen with grease lubrication.
  • High tensile steel, hard chrome plated generously dimensioned tie bars.
  • Hydraulic, electrical and mechanical safety provided.
  • Opening and closing in three steps.
  • Mould height adjustment by hydro motor.
  • Hydraulic ejector with single and multiple stroke operation.

  • Direct coupled screw with radial piston hydraulic motor and is supported by double row and anti-thrust bearing.

  • High efficiency ceramic heaters with energy saving.
  • Stainless steel barrel heater cover.
  • Easy material removal by hopper slide mechanism.
  • Back pressure adjustment device
