Enamel Paints

We are providing decorative enamel paints to our customers. These are widely applied as a finishing coat for exterior of steel or wooden surfaces exposed in mild to moderate corrosive environment. Decorative enamel is our first qualitative synthetic enamel, which is glossy enamel based on synthetic resin vehicle and stable weather resistant pigments.

Our enamel is designed for both decoration and protection from internally as well as externally. Before applying it, the surface should be clean, dry and free from grease and oil. This is a suitable finishing paint for new and old work on metal, wood, brick, cement, plastered concrete and fiberboard which is applied over proper priming schemes. It gives a tough abrasion resistant coating to have excellent durability and gloss retention in country-side, marine and industrial atmospheres. It is oil resistant. The suitable paints for different surfaces and application details are given below:

Epoxy Coating

We offer Epoxy coatings, which is our Epoxy Polyamide Cured Hi-Build Epoxy Finish. Our coatings is a two pack polyamide cured High Build epoxy coating, which specially prepared for use in painting storage tank exteriors exposed to humid, saline and chemical environment. The coating helps to resist crude and refined petroleum oils and it gives protection against chemical fumes and spillage of alkalis, salt, solvents or mild acid solutions. These coating are widely used in heavy duty systems for power plants, refineries & petrochemical units, gas plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, pulp & paper mills. The preparation for various surfaces is given below:

STEEL SURFACES:

For this, surface should be completely clean and dry before applying primer. degrease and blast clean to Sa 2½ grade minimum of Swedish specification SIS - 05 - 5900 - 1967.If blast cleaning is not practical for the user, make full use of mechanical tools along with manual cleaning and wire brushing to eliminate loose rust/scale to St 2 or St 3 grade of Swedish specification.

CONCRETE SURFACES:

For new concrete surface, should be ensured that the surface is cured for minimum 2 months. Remove laitence, loose surface powder by light sand blasting. If blast cleaning is not feasible, roughen the surface by acid etching with 10% Hydrochloric Acid solution followed by thorough freshwater hosing to remove any residual acid. The surface should be perfectly dry and clean before applying primer.

For old concrete surface: Remove grease and oil by solvent wiping. Remove water-soluble contaminants by fresh water hosing. Roughen the surface by acid etching, if light sand blasting is not feasible. The surface should be absolutely dry and clean before applying primer.

Heat Resistant Paints
Heat Resistant Paints

Supported by our efficient team of personnel, we manufacture heat resistant paints to our customers. Our heat resistant aluminum paints can resist heat up to 250°C. These are available in high lustre two pack aluminum paint with remarkable protective properties. Our paints can be used as heat resistant coating for chimney stacks, Pipes, Petro-Chemical & water tanks, boiler fronts, duct work, piping and furnace structure. These paints give good performance in external and internal application in offices, buildings, factories, warehouses and industrial plants. Due to its higher reflectance value, this paint has special use in coating exterior of storage tanks in oil industry

Surface Preparation:

Steel surfaces:

Surface should be perfectly clean and dry before painting. Degrease and blast clean to Sa 2½ grade minimum of Swedish specification SIS - 05 - 5900 - 1967. If blast cleaning is not practical make full use of mechanical tools along with manual cleaning and wire brushing to remove loose rust/scale to St 2 or St 3 grade of Swedish Specification. As heat resistant coating above 100°C, paint to be applied directly on cleaned metal surface free from any rust and remnants of any old coating. For other uses (Below 100°C) the paint should go on appropriate primers.
