Developing the BONYPLUS dental line - "the specialist in dentures"

Sensitive to the need to widen our product range, Bonyf AG has carried out extensive market research and as a result developed 7 other dental care products in addition to BONYPLUS SOS Repair fix. Of our eleven products, four are designed for emergencies, two are designed to provide increased comfort for the denture wearer and five to provide enhanced oral hygiene, with quality second to none.

Our unique presentation at point of sale in all our selected outlets makes it easy for the consumer to see the extensive range of our products, catering for every requirement in managing the problems associated with removable dentures.

Bonyf’s products come under the definition of medical devices and thus either under the European Medical Products Directive (93/42/EEC). These Directives require a Quality Management System covering the manufacture and marketing of these products. Responsibility for the QMS on medical devices in Risk Class I lies with the manufacturer exclusively. Bonyf has also voluntarily handed over responsibility for monitoring the QMS quality certification organization, DEKRA under EN ISO 9001 / 12.2000 and EN ISO 13485 / 07.2003 (Quality Management Systems for Medical Devices). A complete QMS (under EN / ISO 9001 / 12.2000) means that all departments, including Development, work in accordance with the generally accepted principles of quality management.

Sound Laboratory
Our laboratory has precise measuring equipment suitable for all the disciplines necessary for inspecting incoming raw materials & intermediate & final inspection of our dental products.

Packaging & Shipment
Our entire process of manufacturing and packaging is carried out in sterilized conditions. To further ensure safe and hygienic transportation, these health and dental care products are vacuum packed. These dental products are then delivered using services of best carriers.

Customer Satisfaction
Combined with the zealous efforts, motivation and technical skills, our organization has a satisfied customer base in international market. Currently, we are exporting our dental products to the countries of Europe, South East Asia, Australia and South America.

Very few companies, in Europe, have the capacity and the technology to produce large quantities of Denture cleansing tablet in foil with high standard quality. The new full automatic “Siebler / Burner” equipment has a tablet production capacity of 100,000 tablets per hour. The in house paper foil printing device “Metronic” can makes it possible to print any 2 colour Logo or Brand on the Paper foil. With the denture fixative cream full automatic production line we are able to produce up to 3,600 tubes with 40 grams in an hour. The denture fixative cream equipment, only used for fixative cream production enables us to measure ingredients precisely and each batch can be done in one go.
