Mr. B. Malakar founded Bishwanath Photo Engraving Works, in 1980. For more than two decades, we have been engaged in manufacturing and exporting of different optical& measuring instruments like reticles, lenses, prisms, stage micrometers, optical coatings, counting chambers, refractometers, sub assemblies for optical sights etc. Our determined approach has enabled us to produce equipment known for strength, pressure and quality optical instruments are used in research and defense industry.
The optical instruments are made using latest machinery are known providing accurate results. Keeping in mind the growing needs of the clients, we offer them with coating facility using dielectric beam splitter and providing them with hard layer over coat of gold, silver, aluminum which helps in enhancing the shelf life of the lens by protecting them from external influences, abrasions and scratches. This facility has enables us to win accolades from the international clients.
Quality
We have our own in house-testing department, where the acquired raw materials like glass, metals, plastic etc. are checked for their quality through chemical analysis. If the raw material passes through the test and our quality experts gives nod for their perfection, then only they are used in the manufacturing process. Once the production starts, our quality experts conduct various tests at different stages of production for their quality consistency. Packing Unit
It is highly important to pack the microscopes, refractometer, assemblies, reticles, magnifiers and other instruments in packing that will not destroy or damage the instruments during storage & transit. For this purpose we have a special team of packaging experts who pack the item in the best packing does not harm the product. They may be packed in packing box, plastic bags and double boxing units which helps them in providing extra protection to the product.
Once they are packed and sealed thoroughly, they are labeled with the manufacturing details. The box is clearly labeled with 'Handle with care' and various instructions are written in simple language. At the time of dispatch of the orders, our team of workers carefully handle the boxes and load them so that the product retains its original design and reaches the customer with zero defect.
