Incepted in the year 1996, Brahad Elastomers Private Limited, is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of qualitative silicone products and rubber components like voltage electrical insulators, industrial electrical insulators, Frp electrical insulators, high voltage electrical insulators, etc. We manufacture tubes & profiles, extruded cords, high voltage insulator parts, medical devices components, cable conclusion caps & termination caps, cable leads components & accessories, voltage electrical insulators, industrial electrical insulators, Frp electrical insulators, high voltage electrical insulators and molded components. Our products are widely appreciated for their features such as good mechanical properties, accurate dimensions and high tensile strength. Our Facilities We have modern manufacturing unit, which helps us to meet bulk demands from the market. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a wide area of 6000 square feet and has an installed capacity of 3000 units. The raw material used for the productions is sourced from reliable vendors. We make use of modern machines in our unit, which is given below:

Our manufacturing unit is supported by an in-house design unit with CAD/ CAM facility and the firm also has advanced testing facility. Moreover, we have the facility for post curing, which enables us to specially design ovens to carry out post curing procedures up to 250oC of temperature. The post curing process ensures complete removal of extractable, total vulcanization, good mechanical properties and bio compatibility. |
