Incepted in 1996, Brahad Elastomers Private Limited has grown substantially under the guidance of its CEO Mr. Shivanand Bellare; as a manufacture, export and import company providing a range of silicon & rubber products such as elastomers. Furthermore, we have been awarded "Innovator Of The Year" by one of our esteemed customers.

			Products The raw materials used in the manufacture process of our products are sourced from leading vendors. The wide range of our quality products include packing machinery components (MICO), electrical tri-boots, cold applied / insulator, silicon tubes and profiles, garment finishing equipment components, heart valve component, cable caps, rescusitators, electric cover and FRP insulator. 			Our Infrastructure & Facilities We possess a capacious and well equipped infrastructure, which is fully supported by various facilities. Our infrastructure is fully equipped with following units and facilities: Manufacturing Unit In-House Design Unit Post Curing Facility The manufacturing unit covers a total area of 6000 square feet and has an installed capacity of 3000 units. It is fully equipped with various top-of-the-line machineries and equipments to produce the goods with utmost perfection designs & functioning. Some of these machines are as follows: Lathe Machines Cutting Machines Moulding Machines Shaping Machines Polishing Machines The manufacturing unit is supported by fully supported by an established in-house design unit and a quality testing facility. Together, all these ensure a range of flawless products.
			We also have the facility for post curing. It allows us to specially design ovens to carry out post curing procedures up to 250oC of temperature. This ensures following: Total vulcanization Complete removal of extractable Good mechanical properties Bio compatibility

Due to their efforts, we have acquired the ISO 9001-2000 certification. We ensure that these quality standards are implemented, right from purchase of raw materials up to their dispatch. Different quality tests done on the finalized products include following: Dimensional Accuracy Performance Tensile Strength Every production stage which includes selection of raw materials till the dispatch of finished products, is quality inspected to ensure a flawless range of products.
