We were incepted in the year of 2001 as a manufacture and export company offering a wide range of products that fulfill the requirements of moulds and die manufacturers. Our range, which includes ejector pins with straight head, cushion pins, HSS piercing punches, spring plungers and various products, can be custom developed as per the definite requirements of our esteemed customers.
Legally certified as a private ltd co, we possess a team of technocrats who make efficient use of all the available resources to surpass our customers’ expectations. They manage the entire setup including manufacturing unit. With their assistance we have acquired the ability to develop 1 lakh punches, pins and guide pillars, guide bushes to a capacity of 10000 sets and 150-200 die sets.
To ensure the high quality standards of our range, we possess efficacious testing equipment. We conduct various tests on our finalized products on the parameters of tolerance, efficiency and hardness. Since 1977, they are fulfilling the tooling requirements of bearings and bearing parts manufacturers by manufacturing a range of related products. They are an ISO 9000 – 2001 accredited company and are offering following tooling for bearing industry:
- Feed & support rollers for honing of rollers
- Feed & support wheels or centre-less grinder for rollers
- Carrier plates, pressure plates etc for roller grinding
- Carrier plates for surface grinding of races
- Steel stamps for marking on bearing races
In addition, they have also achieved various landmarks during their journey to the top. Some of these are enlisted below:

2 High-Tech Manufacturing UnitsWe owe our success to our fully furnished 2 manufacturing units that are spread over an area of 15000 square feet. These units have sufficient production capacity that can be enhanced at any time, depending on the amount of received orders.
