We manufacture valve guides that are made from two kinds of material:

Grey Cast Iron

CuZnAl-alloy

GREY CAST IRON of perlitic structure with high phosphorous content. The perlitic structure and the reticular phosphide distribution along with the good graphite formation give high wear resistance and improved running properties in poor lubrication condition.

CuZnAl-alloy Guides are with excellent wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. Used for highest stressed guides.

All our Cast Iron Guides are manufactured having minimum hardness of 93 HRB (200 BHN).

These valve seats are made from heat resistant and wear resistant high quality alloy steel and are manufactured with clear convenient identification marking and radius edges for easy installation. These seats will resist intense valve pounding and effectively dissipate heat for consistent valve sealing. These valve seats will increase in hardness during engine break-in period. Our rocker arms are available as replacements for any automobile engine using the old pressed in 3/8" rocker studs or the newer 5/16" pedestal mounts. (Replacement screw in studs are available separately). These rocker arms provide all the benefits of using a true roller rocker arm, without the trouble or expense of modifying your cylinder heads.

Our tappet is a new and is designed as a “step-up” replacement for the original lifters in stock and “street performance” applications, yet is very economically priced.

The body is made of investment cast heat-treated steel alloy and precision CNC-machined to exacting specifications. It also features a large diameter axle for increased durability, and a permanent, non-replaceable, roller wheel.

Internal features include an improved high pressure chamber and a heavy-duty wafer for positive sealing. The plunger is precision ground and select-fitted to microscopic tolerances for quiet operation.
