We have been manufacturing and marketing flexible brake roll lining since last 25 years. Most of the better-known trademarks in bonded shoe industry use our lining for two wheelers, three wheelers, cars, tractor etc.
80 % of our manufacturing is directed towards exports. The customers we are dealing with have been consistently buying our products.
To compare our process of manufacturing with our competitors is to compare distillation with filtration. While most of our competitor makes brake lining with hydraulic process, we use Roll forming process, which require top quality rubber, fiber, and chemicals. This ensures better performance. The friction coefficient, wear and fade characteristics of our lining are one of the best and far superior than others. We have in house testing laboratory, which includes friction testing on chase type testing machine based on J661 standards to ensure best quality.
We manufacture 4 qualities of Roll Lining: -
1. BARNEC BAF Barnec Asbestos Free roll lining (DARK GREY IN COLOUR)
2. BARNEC BRU Roll Lining equivalent to FERODO RU Type (GREY IN COLOR)
3. BARNEC BWB Barnec Wire Back flexible rolls lining for special applications.
4. BARNEC BAFWB Barnec Asbestos Free Wire Back roll lining

QualityWe, at Brake Systems, have an established, in-house R&D facility, that helps us to engineer replacement linings for the aftermarket, which are application-specific. This ensures uniformity of frictional characteristic, irrespective of the material used for formulation, which in turn ensures safety even while destabilizing movements, generated during hard braking events.
Through our R&D technology, we methodically develop an organized criteria of continual testing throughout the product development procedure, which ensures quality at all levels of production. The best manufacturing parameters are laid down for wear resistance and friction stability of the brake linings and roll linings.
Besides evaluating quality, the R & D department also assists customer-run tests in a timely and accurate manner. The department ensures that the quality standards are in compliance with international quality specifications and O.E performance parameters.
InfrastructureOwing to our manufacturing plant, which is equipped with requisite, modern machineries, like: modern machineries like various sample testing ricks. and computerized specific gravity meters, we are able to standardize our products.
Besides, we have also incorporated machineries like, Test Vehicles and Chemical Analysis Laboratories, which are imperative while ensuring maximum deceleration rate and safety.
