Butyl rubber is mixed with best quality chemicals and after proper mixing in the desired temperature and time the same is than delivered to the extruding section and the correct size of the required dimension is extruded The extruded pieces are cut to the appropriate lengths and valve are jammed and the end joined properly under a process well known as splicing in this trade. After due curing of the tubes they are than vacuumed and tested 100% before the same is delivered to the packing section for packing and sending to the customers in proper transport with a view for safe and prompt delivery.
