Coolers are generally used for cooling the gas at elevated temperature before passing through the BAG FILTER or any other dust collecting unit where high temperature gas is not permissible. In this cooler the hot gas is passed over the capsules along with cold air at ambient temperature which passed through the capsules with the help of heavy Axial Flow Fans are that the desired couple of coolers can be utilized elsewhere within the working zone.

This type of Scrubber is widely used in Metallurgical Industries. It is generally installed where a stream of dust ladden gases traveling at a high velocity (usually from 70 to 100 m/sec), the water disintegrates into fine droplets. In order to accelerate the gas stream, builds into the gas flue in a converging cone which terminates into a small length of cylindrical cross section (throat), where the velocity of the gases are at its highest peak. Then the gas expands inside a diverging cone and their speed becomes slow. The converging cone, the throat and the diverging cone all together from a high-speed atomizor and a cyclone separator make up the Ventury Scrubber to optimize the best out put due to our Hi-tech design.
