We have a state of the art production unit, with an in-house R&D facility in the industrial suburbs of Bangalore, Karnataka State, India. BREMELS has excellent infrastructure and most sophisticated manufacturing facilities. The rubber compounding is done in very sophisticated and automatic internal mixers – fully automatic, PLC controlled hydraulic precured tread presser, mixing mills, hot feed extruders, cushion calendars with cooling line and has the access to the best testing equipments in the laboratory for testing, quality control and developments. All raw materials, in process compounds and finished goods undergo stringent quality control tests in fully equipped laboratory. All formulations are developed at par with world class standards, as per market requirements and specifications.
