BREMELS’ Precured treads are made from superior compounds and are available in 38 patterns and more than 130 sizes and dimensions with base width ranging from 100 mm to 305mm to cater the wide range of conditions. It offers operators to choose the patterns of their choice to suit required operating conditions. The good tensile and high abrasion resistance properties are leading to better costs per Kilometer. It also offers Precured Tread Rubber for OTR tyres.

Different compounds of tread rubber/camelback are available. Tread rubber is manufactured as per the needs and specifications of the customers with good shelf life and tread wear properties. The sizes are available for cars, LCV, HCV, tractor and OTR tyres.

Manufactured from Natural Rubber for excellent tack adhesion properties and shelf life. Bonding Gum/Cushion Gum are available in the Cure temperature of 99° C, 125° C and 150° C.. Bonding Gum / Cushion Gum are available for both Precured Tread Rubber and Mold Cured process.

Our R&D Department will ensure that consistency in quality is maintained throughout right from incoming raw materials to final stage and shelf life. Outer Curing Envelopes: Superior quality envelopes from high quality Chlorobutyl Rubber are made especially for the retreading industry to resist high heat pressures, flexible for easy use and long life. Envelopes are available for all sizes 7.50-16 to 12.00-24.

The blend of polymers to suit tough retreading and road applications. Tyre Flaps are available in the size 9.00-20 and 10.00-20.
