Copper Pipes & Tubes are extensively used in air conditioning, heat exchanger systems, gas & water transportation, etc. Evolving industry demands, stringent operating conditions, consistent demand for increased operating efficiency and the elimination of harmful emissions have led to a renewed interest in the demand of Copper Pipes & Tubes. Light weight and the ability to be prefabricated have led to the increased use of Copper Pipes & Tubes even in high-rise drainage systems. Our tubes ranging from sizes 4.00 MM - 41.30 MM O.D. can be easily bent with a bending spring on an appropriate bending machine. Their ease of bending, relatively light weight and ability to withstand high internal pressure makes our Copper Pipes & Tubes the ideal products for hot/ cold water, central heating and gas services installations.

We also provide Copper Pipes & Tubes with PVC coating. The PVC coating can withstand high temperatures (up to 110o Celsius) whilst at the same time remains elastic and bendable in temperatures below zero (up to -60o Celsius). PVC coating is provided in thickness of 0.5 mm – 1.5 mm in various colors. We can also provide the PVC coated Copper Pipes & Tubes duly printed with the texts and images as required by the customers.

Seamless drawn Copper Capillary Tubes are often used in the control of refrigeration gas in production of refrigerators and air conditioning units. The recent years have seen a very steady rise in the growth of copper tube consumption in the air-conditioning and refrigeration systems due to the inherent properties of copper and its abilities to meet the needs of the ACR Industry. Pancake Copper Coils, that we offer, are typically used in the installation of air conditioning and refrigerating systems. Pancake Copper Coils are also used in the manufacturing of air conditioning & refrigeration appliances by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). We provide these coils in bright annealed form with a mirror finish. Our Pancake Copper Coils are provided in two forms: either one layer coils or two layers coils. The Pancake Copper Coils enable easy & economical packaging and transportation of the copper tubes.

The atmospheric controlled environment furnace is also specially designed and equipped to maintain the Pancake Copper Coils’ shape as it is annealed, reducing any coil distortion.

We also provide Pancake Copper Coils with PVC coating.
