Established in the year 1994, Bright Burnishing Tools Private Limited is one of the renowned manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of burnishing tools that includes diamond burnishing tools, circular face burnishing tools, outer diameter burnishing machines, internal diameter burnishing tools and allied ranges. These are fabricated by using high grade raw material as per the industrial requirements. These are widely used in automobile component manufacturing, motors & pump and allied industries.
We started in the year 1994, with an aim to carve a niche in the new arena of burnishing tools. We have achieved our aim owing to our sustained efforts as sales promotional measures. We were known for fabricating our range in a different company name from 1994-1987. With over 20 years in business we have a major market share in India. At our manufacturing unit we have all outstanding processing facilities and production techniques that allow us to meet the specifications of varied industries. Our production unit is modernized with the broad use of contemporary machines making that makes products technologically superior to those of our competitors. Besides, we have an experienced team of production & quality control personnel who always endeavor for better ways, to meet our client's needs at competitive rates. We give main concern to our quality standards and use statistical quality control methodology as a management tool. We always maintain a stringent quality control check at each and every stage of production and develop products with improved features such as higher efficiency, dimensional accuracy and many more. Burnishing
Burnishing is known as a plastic deformation of a surface that occurs due to sliding contact with another object. Burnishing smear the texture of a rough surface and makes it shinier. Besides, it may also occur on any sliding surface if the contact stress locally exceeds the yield strength of the material. It is a cold rolling process applied on ferrous & non-ferrous machined components. It helps in attaining perfect surface finishing i.e. 0.1Ra to 0.3Ra based on pre-burnishing condition. Close tolerance is easier with less cycle time and at negligible cost thus eliminating finishing & quality problems which are encounter in the day-to-day production process.

Our Promoter
We have carved a niche in the global market only because of the guidance of our promoter, Mr. N. Srinivasan. He is a well qualified tool room engineer and trained in Switzerland. He was also associated with Lakshmi Machine Works Limited that was one of the renowned manufacturers of Textile Machinery in the world. Besides, he was also linked with their sister concern Lakshmi Precision Tools Limited. Apart from this, he is proficient of designing and an assortment of tools, jigs and fixtures, press tools, work holding devices and special purpose burnishing machines, circular face burnishing tools, outer diameter burnishing machines etc.
Apart form this, our organization was incepted by Mr. Devraj C., an experienced technocrat engineer and had specialty in tools & dies. He had also worked in higher echelon of the management in a premier corporate entity in Coimbatore, India. Moreover, he too had a stint of few years in Switzerland, prior to formation of BBTPL. Further he had too designed an assortment of multi-specialty tools, jigs, fixtures, cutting tools & specialized burnishing tools and machines.
