 | Single Roller H-Type Burnishing ToolOur range of Single Roller H-Type Burnishing tools are extensively used for burnishing external diameters. This tool has widespread usage in burnishing varying job diameters within a limited range. The precise designing of the tool makes the setting in the machine very easy. We have positioned three individual rollers in between the outer diameter of the Guide Roller and the cage. Only one roller is used for burnishing operation and the other two rollers remains as spare. Following the usage the rollers can be indexed to put into uses saving the time in changing the spares. We provide necessary spring arrangements to apply the required load on the job for satisfactory results. | Diamond Burnishing ToolDiamond burnishing tools are a special variety of burnishing tools used to finish heat treated jobs with hardness up to 65HRc. In diamond burnishing process the job material is cut and not rolled. The depth of cut will be in the order of few microns only. Hence the change in the diameter is negligible. Lower surface finish is achieved in the hardened and ground jobs. These diamond burnishing tools can also be used in ferrous and non-ferrous material in soft stage as well. Both external diameter and internal diameter can be burnished with diamond burnishing tools. Diamond Burnishing Tool (For varying outer diameter burnishing.)
