Melting is done in the inductotherm make medium frequency induction furnace. With the aid of vacuum spectra-meter, the liquid metal is analyzed, and the temperature is measured and controlled before tapping. By this we ensure the best quality of metal for our castings. |

Green sand process is used in machine molding. A pair of ARPA-300 simultaneous jolt squeeze machines are used with other equipments like shakeout etc. Track lines for transferring molding boxes are also provided. Hand-molding molds are produced in CO2 and no-bake sand system with pneumatic rammers. High quality of cores are made by both in CO2 method and oil core baked in electric core drying oven. |

Fettling is done using hanger type shot blasting machine, pedestal, swing frame and die grinders. Heat treatment is carried out in an electric heat treatment furnace. |

We are highly experienced in surface coating which includes powder coating, electro deposition painting, spray painting and other kinds of plating like chrome, nickel, zinc etc. |
