Our holiday village can be easily reached by road routes to Mahabaleshwar via Mahad or Wai. Brightland can also be conveniently reached using railways and airways with the nearest station and airport at Pune. We are merely 120 kilometers away from Pune. •    From Mumbai Via Mahad By Road: Mumbai - 51 - Panvel - 31 - Pen - 5 - Vadkhal - 30 - Nagothane - 30 - Mangaon - 32 - Mahad - 20 - Poladpur - 40 - Mahabaleshwar - 5-Brightland. Total 240 kms

•    From Mumbai Via Pune By Road: Mumbai - 51 - Panvel - 47 - Lonavala - 54 - Pune - 85 - Wai - 17 - Panchgani - 14 - Brightland [5kms before Mahabaleshwar]. Total 272 kms.

•    Public transportation by luxury bus is available both from Mumbai and Pune. Brightland Holiday Village can assist with transportation as well.

The name Mahabaleshwar is derived from the Mahabali temple situated in old Mahabaleshwar that is about 4 kilometers away from the main city. It is the originating location for five holy rivers Krishna, Venna, Koyana, Savitri and Gayatri.

The city is not less than a paradise on earth with its surroundings of lush evergreen forests, carpet of wild-flower meadows, beautiful springs and early morning mists. It provides an opportunity to rediscover nature with plenty of bridle paths, boating and golf facilities, fishing spots and trekking trails.
