Over the period almost 25 years we have established a sound relationship with several vendors who supply us with premium quality of raw material such as CS, SS, Alloy Steel, and Duplex Steel which are tested as per the national and international norms of the industry. We procure the raw material from various respected vendors like MUKUND STEEL LTD., SAIL, RASHTRIYA ISPAT, NIGAM LTD, AMBICA STEEL LTD., MUSCO LTD., MUSCO LTD., VIRAJ ALLOYS LTD., and other vendors.

Once we procure the raw material we make sure that these are properly cut. We have equipment for cutting of the raw material like Amada HA 400, Amada HA 250, SPM 250, DAITON GA 260, PEHAKA Z 360 and Hack saw Machine. Due to these equipment and machines we are able to cut approximate 30.00 tons of raw material per day.

We have set up our own quality measures apart from the national and international parameters of the quality in the industry. “We Are Committed To Satisfy the Customer by Giving Quality Products & Timely Delivery through Our Quality Management System & Achieve Continual Improvement In The Services Offered To The Customer”. Our quality checking procedure is as follows:

Receiving Inspection & Testing

• We check the procured consignment of raw material visually for Quantity and Major Defects, further, we see if the transportation has been safe and undamaged. We also make sure that the mill certificates have been attached with the material.
  
• Raw material is tested by our expert as per the testing norms for the raw material. If found unsatisfactory, the material is stored separately and it is reported to the vendor immediately.

In Process Inspection & Testing

• We inspect the production process at “Appropriate Points in the Manufacturing Cycle as per our quality policy to verify the Conformity of the Product”.
  
• If required by our customer, our range of products can be offered for further testing and verification for approval.
  

Final Inspection & Testing

• The production manager ensures that all the final inspections are done as per the inspection plan to verify conformity to specified requirement
  
• Once al records are completed and final inspection is accomplished, the products can be submitted for third party inspection
  
• All Non – Confirming Products Shall Be Handled As Per “Procedure For Control Of Non – Conforming Product”.

We have a manufacturing unit which is spread over a sprawling area of 3000 sq. feet and has installed capacity of 10000 units. Our hi-tech forging facility includes a battery of close die pneumatically operated hammers. We are equipped with in-house operation facility of die-making & modern heat treatment set up comprising of continuous pusher type furnace. Edition by DNV & also by all major Government / Semi-government & Public Undertakings. Our raw material inventory of various sizes ranging up to 1,000 tonnes is stored to cater to the immediate requirement of client’s large quantity requirement. • We have shifted our forging & machining shops to Rabale, Navi Mumbai premises with larger space.
  

• We have installed 1 tonne, 3 tonnes pneumatically operated & 1.5 tonnes Open type forging hammers to enhance forging capacity to 3600 tonnes / year
  

• Installation of most modern continuous batch type heat treatment furnace facilities with automatic temperature controllers and recorders for various heats treatment processes like normalizing, solution annealing, hardening & tempering.
  

• We have installed of 4 CNC lathe machines, 2 VMC and 7 band-saw cutting machines.
  

• We are determined to enhancing local supply of flanges costantly.
  

• We are on the point of producing new line of forged products like crank shaft, cam shaft, connecting rod, stub axle, links, other auto parts ( 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler ), valve body fittings, socket weld fittings, defense & other industry’s requirements.
