RSCC Heat Trace in Holland, RSCC Heat Trace and HTD Heat Trace in the USA are company groups specialized in electrical surface heating with many project and engineering capacities. We produce a complete series of technically advanced surface heating systems. Our systems and solutions are efficient, safe and reliable.

Our high quality self-regulating heating cables have been produced since the last 20 years and are worldwide installed. The production processes and components sometimes allow us to achieve temperature and power output advantages over simular products of our competitors. The heating cable brand names known under Furon / Dekoron are still being used after the take over from RSCC. We also world-wide deliver heating cables under "Private Labels" to our customers.

Our engineering and production are based upon know-how and experiences from over 30 years. The Heal Trace Division was purchased from CooperHeat in 1997. Thousands of modules and systems are now installed in various world-wide industrial units.

Applications vary from commercial industries (roof and gutter heating, ramp heating, oil tank healing, warm water heating, and floor heating) to industrial areas (frost-protection and temperature maintenance of pipelines, tank/container/vessel heating, and filter heating).

Recommended for most applications requiring three-wire circuits, including shielded thermocouples, thermistors, and RTD's, negative prongs and inserts are larger than positives to insure proper polarity upon connection.

Mico is europa metalli's mineral insulated cable manufactured according to bs 6207 (or a53013) and comprises: an outer sheath, consisting of a continuous seamless copper tube with a melting point of 1083c, a magnesium oxide insulant, with a melting point of 2800c, 99. 9% electrolytic copper conductors, with a melting point of 1083 c. mico consists of absolutely inert materials with a mineral base with main properties as follows: an extremely high melting point, much higher than temperatures recorded in the presence of fire, an extremely high durability due to the fact that the electrical and mechanical properties of the materials used remain perfectly stable in the course of time. mico may also be supplied with an additional outer l. S. F. (low smoke and fume material) self-extinguishing sheath (available in orange, red, white and black colour) following the requirements of iec 332, halogen free, useful for areas where chemical agents may damage the copper sheath.
