Quality

We give prime importance to quality control at each and every stage of manufacturing process. The entire manufacturing process is subjected to continuous process control, followed by final inspection before delivery. Customer is our main focus, therefore customer satisfaction is our prime goal. This we achieve by providing quality product and customer service on time. We develop quality objectives at appropriate level to ensure those requirements are effectively addressed in our business. We are fully committed to continuous improvement as a strategic approach to achieve these quality objectives. Our policy and associated quality objectives are reviewed and communicated to all employees on a regular basis. This is supported by our lab facilities like Spectrometer, MPI, Hardness testing, UTS etc. To verify that the supply made to our clients exact specifications, our quality control team combines technical expertise, knowledge of industrial standards and the latest inspection tools and machines to meet all requirements. Particular attention is paid to high quality, tolerance and traceability Work Certificate : Black Bar : As per Agreement Bright Bar : According to DIN 500 49/3.1 b And En 10204/3.1b Packing : Black Bar : 1.5/2.0 MT bundle shall be wound with wire having Tag. Tag shall bear all necessary information Wire Rod : Tag bearing all necessary information shall be wound with wire. Bright Bar : 500 to 1000 Kg Bundles packed in Hessian cloth for Protection and signode Strapped with tag bearing all necessary information. Colour Code : Colour Code grade wise for Identification for both Black Bar & Bright Bar.

Infrastructure

We are a leading Manufacturer of steel bars and have completed over 3 decades of existence in Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, MS and Carbon steel industry having a turnover of Rs.200 cores. Our Steel manufacturing unit is situated at Kadi (Gujarat), near Ahmedabad. We have in-house facilities like rolling, annealing, straightening and facility for bright bar (Draw, Pilling, Centralized grinding) production. This is also supported by our lab facilities like Spectrometer, MPI, Hardness testing, UTS etc. Our rolling Mill has capacity of 50,000 tons/year and we are already in process of setup of a new mill. After that we can roll small bars and structural's. We are also doing conversion for reputed Alloy Steel Producers and have some spare capacity. We are regularly making the following grades: Alloy Steel: EN-19/SAE-4140, EN-24, EN-31/SAE-5200, 20MnCr5, EN1A, EN-8D, EN-9, SS, MS etc.
