We British Super Alloy Ltd., are an Kanoi group company engaged in manufacturing quality stainless steel based HSS tool preforms & other shapes. The range we deal in include steel round, steel hex, steel square, steel RCS, steel bright bar and others.
Established in the year 1997,at Ahmedabad, in Gujarat, our efforts are being nurtured by an efficient team of professionals. They with their immense knowledge and years of experience in the respective field have helped us in attaining an annual turnover of Rs. 110crores. Empowered by a team of technical experts, we are developing products that meet the international quality standards.
Today, our in house facilities for melting, casting, forging and rolling the products assist us in delivering a wider range of products as per clients specifications. Our production facilities are equipped with modern equipments that are imported from renowned manufacturers of U.S.A, U.K, West Germany and Belgium.

Quality is of paramount importance to us and in our oganaisation the quality control measures start right from the procurement of the raw material and continues till the final product is delivered into the market. We procure our raw material from the renowned manufactures of U.S.A,U.K, West germany and Belgium. Further we use power metallurgy process to manufacture our HSS preforms. We possess amodern labortary fully equipped withthe latest equipments and has facilities for the following test:
• Spectrometer for chemical analysis
• Oxygen, Carbon & Sulphur Analyser
• Microscope for micro examination
• Ultrasonic testing machine

Manufacturing Unit
We posssess a sound infrastructure that comprises of vast manufacturing unit. Our mnaufacturiong unit is fully equipped with latest physical,chemical and metallurgical labortary equipped with modern equipments and machinery.
Manufacturing process:
Steel Melting Shop
Stainless Steel manufacturing process consists of two diffrent
Process route.
First route consist of :
• Induction Furnace - Ingot casting.
Second route consist of :
• Tie-up with reputed steel maker
• Induction furnace - AOD - Billet caster.
• Shortly our AOD plant shall be installed.
Rolling
• 12" (300mm) Mill with 4 strands & 10" (250mm) mill with 3 strands.
• 75 feet long cooling bed.
• Hot saw cut ends
• Pusher type oil fired furnace
• Manufacturing different sections like rounds, RCS, Square, Hex, Flats. |

Packaging and Delivery
We care a lot for the safety of our products so have installed various packaging machines that ensure safe delivery of the products.We oil our finished products with anti-rust lubricants and suitably pack them into corrugated boxes to prevent moisture and water damages .Further we label our products accoring to thier sizes and grades.Our finest packaginging helps our products to reach safely to the clients end at the time of transit.Moreover we are capable of delivering our products at the required destination within the stipulated time frame.
Warehouse:
We possess a cpacious warehouses that helps us to take bulk orders. It is segregated into various sections in order to store different grades of raw materials as well as finished goods. Moreover it protects our finished steel products in adverse conditions. |
