Brohawk is currently manufacturing and exporting scores of sizes ranging from 16 inches to 28 inches in diameter and 2.5 mm to 8mm in thickness. To manufacture discs we use EN 45 i.e equivalent to SAE 1070 grade material. We maintain hardness of the discs from 38 to 42 HRC. We manufacture discs with centre hole square, round, hex , Octave or as per the drawing and specification of the buyers. The varieties of disc blades that we manufacture are:

• PLAIN DISC: Repeated use of land for cultivation causes upper layer of soil to lose its nutrients viz. Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Sulphur, etc. so agricultural harrow discs with plain discs are used for ploughing of soil, which turns outer layer of soil inside and extracts inner fine & fertile soil making growth of crops easier.
  
• NOTCHED DISC: A notched disc (also known as cut-way or scallop disc) is used to make soil finer. It crushes the soil making it smooth and ready for cultivation.
  
• FLAT DISC / COULTER: These are flat discs that are used for sowing of seeds. Wherever they travel, a trailing cut is made where seeds are sown
  

Our Discs are made with the following process

Cross Rolling Process
We use cross rolling process to make the sheets for the discs. Disc blades made out of Cross-rolled sheets are stronger, tougher and have much lesser wear and tear. Cross rolling ensures optimum mixing of grains  in the raw material, thus imparting suitable properties.

Automatic Plant
With a semi-automated disc plant, we manufacture disc blades with uniform hardness and strength. This makes our disc  tougher, more reliable and result  in a longer field life. Automation has resulted in increased productivity  and improved quality of disc blades.

Shot Blasting
Shot blasting of the disc blades increases its fatigue life. Due to automatic shot blasting, high quality surface finish disc blades are manufactured.

Quality Check
All disc blades manufactured are very closely inspected and are passed through very stringent quality control tests.
Some of the important tests are:

• Hardness and toughness tests
  
• Crack detection test
  
• Concavity check
  
• Tensile strength measurement
  

These tests are done to ensure that only high quality products reach the customer.

The Offset Disc Harrow is a mounted, hydraulically operated implement suitable for attachment to tractors having either category 1 or 2 linkage.

• The Disc Harrow is designed for work in Orchards, Groves and Vineyards, in addition to regular field harrowing.
• Its rigid construction and depth of penetration adapts heavy harrowing in tough soils, whilst unit attachment to the tractor with working depth controlled hydraulically, ensures easy harrowing in small areas and corners.
• The Harrow has 12,14,16,18 & 20 Discs of 20" or 22" dia in two gangs, front Discs are notched and rear discs are plain. The front gang may be moved right or left, to a maximum of two feet in relation to the hitch frame.
• The rear gang may also be moved right or left to a maximum of two feet in relation to the front gang, thus giving a maximum offset of four feet.
• There are three positions for crank attachment on the rear member of the front gang. Positioning depends on amounts and direction of offset required.

• This Tiller has 7,9,11,13 or more tines, which are mounted in two rows one behind the other at center distance of 9".
• Each tine is mounted with two strong coil spring which allow the tine to ride over obstructions in the soil without the inconvenience of stopping the work to clear the obstacle, thus making it suitable for use in stone and root obstructed soil.
• The tiller is fitted with 2 ½" reversible shovels. This tiller is light in weight and extremely hard and earth wearing because parts are made out from special steel duly hardened & tempered.
• The implement is suitable for preparing seed bed quickly and economically because it can loosen the soil to a depth of nine inches and eliminates the use of the plough.
• In the tool bar holes are provided which enables both front and rear tines to be spaced as desired for either row crop or general cultivation work.

The Brohawk Disc Plough is a directly mounted to the Tractors. It is a hydraulically operated basic implement for the preparation of Land. It is a especially useful in hard and dry trashy stumpy Land condition and in soils where scouring is a major problem. Heavy-duty pipe frame has high trash clearance allowing the Plough to operate under heavy crop residual. Being fully mounted and comparatively lighter in weight, results lighter draft as compared to equivalent trailed Plough where more power is required to operate and consequently higher operation costs.

The Brohawk laminated tires are manufactured for the ultimate in wear capability.   In some cases, our laminated tires can outlast the equipment on which they are installed.   These tires are manufactured by a special manufacturing process using hundreds of tons of pressure to create a high quality, long lasting tire to withstand some of the worst, most demanding environments.   Sidewalls of used tires are specially cut to sizes .These recycled sidewall pieces are then formed into tires that provide all the benefits of a solid tire while at the same time providing a toughness necessary for the most demanding industrial environments.  Our laminated tires are manufactured to fit most industrial and commercial Rotary Cutters i.e John Deere, Bush Hog, Woods & Others. Caster Fork: The caster fork is made of high quality steel. This part is powder coated to withstand the roughest weather. This can fit in most industrial and commercial rotary cutters i.e. John Deere, Bush Hog, woods and others.

Laminated Tire Hub: Hub is the main part in the assembly on which withstands all the load of the machine. Available hubs are of 2 kinds which are

• C.I. Casting Hub : This is a heavy duty hub for heavy machinery. This C.I.Casted hub comes with bush fitting and bearing fitting. These fittings are manufactured to fit most industrial and commercial rotary cutters i.e., John Deere, Bush Hog, Woods & Others.
• Steel fabricated Hub: Fabricated hub is made from 6mm plate called BSHF-1 and 9mm plate called BSHF-2. These fittings can fit to most industrial and commercial rotary cutters i.e., John Deere, Bush Hog, Woods & Others.

Brohawk Rotary Tillers are designed to suit every kind of soil for preparing fine seed beds for root crops, orchards, fodder crops and cash crops etc. only in one or two passes. It enhances the soil fertility by mixing the residue of crops like Cotton, Sugarcane, and Wheat etc. It can be applied in dry and wet soil and can be used for puddling.
