Our Profile

In this everlasting journey of copper, a company which has carved a niche for themselves in the business of copper alloy ingots is METAL LINK ALLOYS LTD. Established in 1965, today Metal Link Alloys Ltd. is one of largest copper alloys ingot specially bronze ingot manufacturers in India. The company expertise in the ingots of Tin Bronze, Phosphorus Bronze, Gunmetal, Aluminium Bronze, Manganese Bronze, Copper Based Master Alloys, etc., as per the customer requirements and various international standards.

Bronze, an alloy of tin and copper, was first used around 5,000 years ago, with the start of the Bronze Ages in Greece, Egypt, China and England, The Bronze Age on the Indian subcontinent began around 3300 BCE with the beginning of the Indus Valley civilization. Inhabitants of the ancient Indus Valley, the Harappans, developed new techniques in metallurgy and produced copper, bronze, lead and tin. Excavations at the small village of Ban Chiang, in north-eastern Thailand, unearthed bronze art facts, including bracelets, anklets, rings, bells, spearheads and axes dating back to 2,100 BC, around 1,500 years earlier than previously thought. Even in these early days it appears likely that bronze was used as much for its colour as for its hardness when compared to 100% copper and it was first cast in China in 1,700 BC.

Based in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India, METAL LINK ALLOYS LTD. started its’ Journey in 1965 under the title M/s Bhavarlal Mangilal Jain promoted by Mr. Mangilal Jain. The company was initially associated with trading of Non Ferrous Metals. The company strengthens over the period of time & became one of the main players in its market. As being of developing nature, company made a foray into manufacturing sector in Mumbai under the title of Metals & Metal Alloys.

Promoted by Mr. B. M. Jain (Chairman) and Mr. R. M. Jain (Managing Director), the company shifted its base to Daman in 1995 with a new name “Metal Link”. In the trend of development, company reconstituted as Public Limited Company in the year 2002. With reconstitution ‘METAL LINK ALLOYS LIMITED’ rose with a mission to achieve new highs.
