A proper fly wheel provides the extra stored energy (i.e kinetic energy) only If it is according to the power, R.P.M, peripheral velocity, weight, material and some other aspects, If wheel is not of proper phenomena than it is a load on the power  & will not provide any energy. It will Consume the power.So always Choose the correct fly wheel for smooth running of plant & to save the power.     

Machanical Pusher is used to push the Raw Material into Furnace. These Pushers are machanical Driven & Have a great capacity to push the material by consuming less power & low maintenance Cost.

Pinion Stand Steel fabricated body assembled with double helical gears made out of forged EN-9 steel mounted on spherical roller bearings. Built in lubrication system & double oil seal system is provided to avoid leakage of oil

We offer speed increaser cum pinion stand that consist of a connected set of Rotating gears with one input it provides Two or Three output shaft extensions with increased RPM to match the speed of last mill stand with the material speed being Rolled.
