Other details:
- It is recommended that B-TECH Medical Vacuum Filter are installed parallel in the plant room immediately prior to the vacuum reservoir
- The facilities maintenance of one unit without interrupting the vacuum supply
- Filters should be installed vertically with the sterilisable drain flask at the bottom and with the strict observance of direction of flow (direction arrow marked on filter) through the element is outside to in, passing first through the coarse outer pre filter and then through microfiber media
- Liquids which pass down the vacuum line are separated by the filter element and collected in the drain flask.
- The drain flask should be inspected daily, and if any liquid is present, the flask must be replaced every six months, or when the indicator shows a high differential pressure (red zone) due to loss of vacuum, whichever is the earlier
- Replaced filter elements must be treated as bio – hazards and disposed of accordingly.
Features:
- Lightweight cast aluminum housing from ½” to 3” Pipe line size with female threaded BSP Connection
- Internally Protected against corrosion
- Externally ad internally epoxy coated
- Easily changed filter element
- Direct mounting differential pressure indicator
- Easily removable sterilisable drain flask
- 99.99999% efficient filter

Engineered for compactness, economy and dependability, Ingersoll Rand’s Vacuum Pumps are the number one choice for demanding applications, providing top operating efficiency combined with low maintenance. Best of all, these vacuum pumps are backed by Ingersoll Rand, the world’s leader in air compressor and pump manufacturing.
Features
§ Cast Iron Construction: Cylinders and frame designed with 100% cast iron for durability and long life
§ Cylinders:
- Separately cast cylinders with deep fins allow for 360° cooling, removing heat of compression
- Individual bolting of cylinders to frame for easy inspection and maintenance
§ Low Oil Level Protection: Low oil level switch protects pump from operating without proper lubrication
§ Piston Rings: Each piston equipped with 2 compression rings and 2 oil control rings to maintain maximum operating efficiency and low oil carryover
§ Valves: Stainless steel valves readily accessible and inexpensively replaced if necessary
§ Connecting Rods: One piece design permits precision aligned machining of both crankpin and piston pin bearings for longer bearing life and simple maintenance-no bolts to come loose or adjust
