The range of products and services offered by us include concrete and mortar admixtures plasticizers, super plasticizers, retarders, accelerators mould release agents & curing compounds, grouts & grout admixtures, stone/ tile adhesives & grouts, repairs and maintenance and many more.
Founded in the year 2000, we are functioning under the able leadership of Mr. Salim Jawadwala, who is a civil engineer by profession and has with him over two and a half decades of industry experience in the building of structures and manufacturing of construction chemicals

Corecoat Aquatherm 150:
It's a unique product, which meets the needs of thermal insulation, waterproofing & aesthetics. Offered at competitive prices, a 2mm thick coating can provide surface temperature reduction of as high as 12-14C.
Corecoat Elastoseal:
It helps in resisting water seepage and provides excellent elongation & crack-bridging facility. It's longer durability and effectiveness against dampening in low lying areas has made it one of the most demanded products available in the market.
Coreseal CJF:
It's an epoxy-modified polysulphide joint filler. Having unique ability to attain 200 kg/sq.cm, it offers resistance to chemicals and is available in a wide range of colours.

Corecoat CWP:
It's a crystalline waterproofing compound having exceptional ability to penetrate deep into the pores of concrete, which helps in providing lasting waterproofing solutions.
Coreplast AWA:
It's an anti-washout admixture, which is capable of reducing washout of cement while doing concreting in underwater conditions.
