Bulk Containers India Private Limited is a 100% Export Oriented Unit based in Pune, India, engaged in the production and export of FIBCs (bulk bags), PP Woven Fabric, PE Liners, Container Liners, PP Fibrillated Yarn and Webbings to satisfy various industrial requirements. Our ability to manufacture bulk bags allows us to meet the needs of our customers in both timely and cost effective manner.
Our production unit has been specifically designed to manufacture bulk bags to meet the high quality and contamination conscience Food and Pharmaceutical Grade Industry standards. We Offer
| FIBCs (Bulk Bags) We manufacture bulk bags like Circular Woven Bags, Baffle Type Square Bags and Lifting Style Bags of standard and custom sizes. All bags are laminated with Polyethylene Liners.

Height and Base can be custom made to suit your products with various filling and discharging options and lifting styles.

PP Woven Fabrics
Bulk Containers India Private Limited produce UV stabilized woven polypropylene from 100 gsm to 250 gsm both coated and uncoated. These PP fabrics are both comfortable and hygienic and with new and developed anti-bacterial additives they are also being used in bed linen for hospitals and other health care establishments creating an important growth in the market. Our new developed additives are also inorganic, environment friendly as well as durable.

| Webbings
Webbing is a strong, narrow, closely woven fabric. Our company is capable to export 50 mm to 100 mm of webbings. Our high quality webbings are tested and verified for durability, accuracy and precision so that our clients get value for their money. Our webbings are used in bags, camera, trousers, school bags, jumbo bags etc and they are also available in various dimensions and colors.

PP Fibrillated and Twisted Yarns
We offer good quality PP Fibrillated and Twisted Yarns of 3000 denier and 5000 denier with U V protection. These prove to be ideal for bags, luggage, garments, footwear and sport articles. These are light weight and strong and are available in host of sizes, shapes and designs. Our polypropylene is one of those rather versatile polymers that serve double duty, both as a plastic and as a fiber. It can also be tailored to many fabrication methods and applications.

| Inner PE Liners
We manufacture and export pillow type, gusetted and shaped inner PE Liners. With neat and excellent features our PE Liners are protected by the woven fabric. Its enhanced sealing function provides good adhesion of ink and anti slippery effect on the bags surface which minimizes the process cost and labor loss, while producing high operating efficiency. These PE Liners find their application in chemical, plastic, agriculture and food packaging industry.

Infrastructure
We have extruding and processing capacity of about 400 MT of polymers every month. Our infrastructure is capable to produce about 150,000 FIBC (Jumbo Bags) per month and about 2,500,000 PP Woven Bags per month. Our infrastructure also includes the following: - 5000 sq. mtrs. constructed factory premises.
- Extrusion Tape Line with an installed capacity of 250 mt per month
- Weaving Machines – 8 Shuttle, 6 Shuttle and 4 Shuttle Looms.
- Total weaving capacity is 140 mt per month. We can offer fabrics from 100 gsm – 250 gsm regularly.
- Extrusion Coating Line (within the group) for coating max width of 30”.
- Twisting Machine (12 spindle) for twisting fibrillated yarns. Fibrillation Unit for producing PP Fibrillated Yarns.
- In-house Weathering Machine for checking the U V Stability of the tape, fabric and yarn and Tensile Testing Machines for checking the tensile strength of fabric and the webbings.

Quality Control
Our Quality Policy is to provide a cost effective and innovative packaging solution to our customers with commitment to consistent Quality. We have all the necessary QC equipment in-house to ensure consistent quality. The QC equipment includes Test Rig for Jumbo Bags to conduct the Cyclic and Peak Load Tests, Weathering Equipment for conducting UV Tests, Surface Resistivity Meter to check the surface resistivity in case of Anti-static/ Conductive/ Dissipative bags. Equipped with qualified and experienced personnel to ensure strict compliance with the quality control norms we aim at standardised products with fast turnaround, high value, dependability and superior services.
