Heavy Duty Bags

Our customers can avail a wide range of FIBC and jumbo bags from us, in different specifications of lifting styles, filling options, discharging options and various others. In addition we also offer different yarn, webbing, container liners and woven fabric in material of PP or PE. All our bags are developed in conformity to EFIBCA standards. These are certified by at least one of NEL (UK), Labordata (Germany) or IIP (India - in case of UN certification). We can develop up to 2.5 million FIBC every year. To ensure high efficiency of our range, we conduct various test on them such as top lift and cyclic tests.

Baffle Bags

We offer a range of baffle bags that can be used in shipping of overseas container payloads. These bags eliminate the slumping & round-out of the bag ensuring expedient loading and stacking. Our baffle bags are laminated with Polyethylene Liners. Standard sizes of our baffle bags are:

Base	90x90 cms ,95x95 cms, 100x100cms, 105x105 cms
Height	90 cms, 120 cms, 140 cms, 160 cms, 180 cms

The height and base can also be customized to suit customer’s products. Customization can also be done in filling / discharging options and lifting styles. It is offered with 2 filling options:

Conductive Bags

One of our most demanded jumbo bags; conductive bag is developed from fine conductive threads which ensure most efficient conductive properties. Also known as ESD protective products, these bags possess following special attributes:

Carbon impregnated polyethylene of 85 micron thickness
Surface resistance less than 10^5 ohms/sq
Ideal for packing explosives & sensitive electronic components

Dissipative Bags

Also known as reclosable bags, dissipative bags are offered by us in 3mil thickness. These bags have a clear static dissipative amine-free mono extruded formulation, which ensures that it possess following features:

Polycarbonate compatible
Humidity independent
Non-octanoic
Non-corrosive
Non-contaminating

The range meets the electrical specifications of MIL-PRF-81705D TYPE II and EIA 541. Our dissipative bags are used for transporting flammable powders, in case flammable or gas is present around the bags.

One of our most popular products, PP woven bags are used in case where particle size of the product to be packed is extremely fine which makes it possible to ooze out of the woven bag.
