Legally certified as a private ltd. co, we are providing various packaging solutions by manufacturing and exporting various Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC), and jumbo bags. We also develop various other products such as yarn, liners, webbing, braided cords / ropes, container liners and woven fabric in the material of PP (Polypropylene) or PE (Polyethylene).

Our range receive appreciation for its attributes of wear & tear resistant, fine protection from abrasion, protection from environmental factors and simple / fast to install. These are developed in our well-furnished manufacturing unit that has the ability to develop 200000 units of products. The unit is specially designed to produce bulk bags to meet the unmatched quality & contamination conscience Food and Pharmaceutical Grade Industry standards.

Our range is developed as per various international standards and is certified by NEL (UK), Labordata (Germany) and others. We are into the process of receiving ISO certification. Having the export status of an export house, we are marketing our bags in various global markets such as Europe, Australia, US, Canada, South Africa, Russia and others.

Our modern infrastructure includes a design unit and a manufacturing unit. The in-house design unit is supported by a CAD / CAM facility which efficiently develops and modifies the designs of our bags, as per customer’s specifications. Our manufacturing unit is designed to develop bulk bags in accordance to quality & contamination conscience “Food and Pharmaceutical Grade Industry” standards. The unit is spread over an area of 5000 square feet and has the installed capacity of 200000 units. Moreover, we can develop up to 2.5 million FIBC per year and can offer fabrics from 100 gsm – 250 gsm frequently.

Our manufacturing unit comprises of following machines and equipment:

Extrusion tape line with installed capacity of 250 mt per month
Shuttle looms
Weaving machines with total weaving capacity per month is 140 mt
Webbing machines
Automatic fabric and spout cutting machine
Twisting machine
Braiding machine
Stitching machines for developing panel type bags, baffle bags (Q type bags) and circular bags
Extrusion coating line

In addition, we also possess a Blown Film Plant which is used for making wide width LDPE liners up to 220 cm.
