Pre-treatment Plants are used to condition the surface enabling desired adherence of paint on product. Pre-treatment process is primarily designed in consultation with chemical supplier and customer, to achieve desired cleaning levels, which comprise of various stages such as Knock off Degreasing, Degreasing, Rinsing - 1 & 2, Activation, Phosphating, Rinsing 3 - 4 followed by Passivation / DM water rinse, Dry off oven, chromaticism is replaced in place of phosphating for Non-ferrous products etc. Thus making it suitable for ferrous & non-ferrous components processing.
