Paint Curing Oven

We are a pioneer manufacturer of paint curing ovens which witness a wide demand in paint industry. These ovens are of robust construction and are resistant to extreme temperature variations. These Ovens are operated using either of fuel sources viz. Electricity, Oil and Gas. Radiation type of ovens are also supplied using Infra red heaters / lamps. In order to ensure heat retention inside oven, Camel Back type construction is also provided. Ovens are suitable for Paint / Powder curing with operation temperature ranging from Ambient to 130 deg.C to 225 Deg.C. These ovens are available in either Batch Type or Conveyorised type application.

Paint Recirculation System

We provide Centralized / remote paint re-circulation system with paint kitchen and water sprinkler / co2 flooding system for continuous paint feeding application to Eliminate color and viscosity variation, paint, manpower and time wastage. Paint re-circulation can be achieved by using Double Diaphragm pump or Piston Pumps positioned on Centralized Paint Storage Container with pneumatically operated Agitators, level indicator, suitably connected using Fixed / Flexible Piping with Fluid regulators on forward and return line with necessary in line filter and pulsation removal chamber.

Air Supply Unit
