But our end product Horse Shoe Nail can be sent as a sample by courier. But, if the overseas buyer is interested in 50 KG or 100 KG or further more, that we can do at the cost of the buyer.

We have a team of 150 personnel in various departments for the smooth functioning of the organization. We have Composite unit such as CI Casting Unit (Furnace), Workshop Unit Preliminary, Workshop Unit Secondary and Workshop for final stage, separate section of qualified draftsmen to lay down the drawings of machine. Being an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, we check the quality of raw material used in production process. We also check the quality of the product at every stage in manufacturing process. We ensure the strength and durability of the final product. Every product passes through several stages under the supervision of our highly skilled engineers from the stage CI casting to the finishing touch.


Our team of skilled technicians and foremen check the quality of each machine before the delivery as per the specifications given by the customers. We also provide on-the-spot demonstration facility for the machines delivered.

Our manufacturing plant is spread in an area of 900 yards, having 200 machines installed. We have an annual turnover of 1,000,000 US dollars. We make use of advance machines, which enables us to produce 200 machines per month. Some of the various machines, which we use in the production process are-

Our Process

We follow a smooth production process, which enables us in streamlining our manufacturing. It starts from the following steps-
• Procurement : Raw material is procured from the local market in India.

• Manufacturing: At the first stage, CI casting are sheared with the shearing machines and afterwards machine is moved to the fitters and turners. Then, painting of the machine is done after which the subject machine becomes ready to deliver.

• Storage : Storage capacity maintained separately in the shed


• Packaging: Packaging is done at the will of the customer in the national market and packing for export is always stand for seaworthiness and opinion of the buyer is always sought in this connection. Further, we make sure that the machines are packed in strong wooden cases and horse shoe nails in corrugated boxes and in strong wooden cases as per guidelines of the buyer.

Future Plans:

We aim towards enhancing the efficiency and features of the machines using sophisticated technology so as to offer our clients complete satisfaction. Further, we also aim at enhancing the production of the machines so as to meet with the requirements of our clients.
