Incepted in 1986, Bushcon Batteries and Electronics is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, which is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of heat sealed automotive / tubular lead acid batteries and its plates & grids, digital inverters, U.P.S, battery chargers, battery testing equipment for usage in automobiles as well as commercial and domestic purposes. All these batteries are made with utmost attention to details and the purpose they are used for so that the acid within the battery does not leak and guarantees an unhindered performance. Our product range includes automotive heat sealed batteries, digital voltmeter, battery chargers, battery testers, digital inverter, digital power inverter, automobile two wheeler batteries, automobile batteries for heavy and light duty vehicles, tubular batteries for solar applications, commercial battery chargers, inverter batteries and digital battery capacity tester.
Moreover, our batteries are approved from Department of Industries and manufactured as per ISI specifications. Manufactured on latest CNC heat sealing plant, our batteries require low maintenance due to use of selenium lead alloy.
Further, our products are manufactured under the supervision of highly qualified team of electrical and electronic engineers. This ensures that our products are of international quality and can be compared with any multinational brand in the market.


	Introduction Under the guidance and leadership of our founder member Mr. S.S. Layal, we have progressed in leaps and bounds. All these products are made under totally controlled conditions so that they do not pollute the environment. Our production unit is also accredited with Pollution Control Board, Punjab. We have also been awarded with quality and management certificate. Our products are easy to install and are also approved by Punjab Government.

	Product Profile We offer a wide range of batteries and inverters for various domestic, commercial as well as industrial purposes. These products not only comply with all the norms and regulations but are also approved by the Government of Punjab. All the products made by us are quality tested. All these products are manufactured under tight supervision of highly qualified team of electrical and electronic engineers. Our products are properly tested and inspected at each and every level prior to their delivery so that only the best is supplied in the market.


	Quality Management Keeping quality as the major objective and base of our foundation, we have set up a quality management system which is strictly practiced within the organization at each and every level. We have appointed a team of QC analysts in order to control the quality of our products and scrutinize them for even the minutest flaw. Our policy is to produce products using premium quality raw materials with complete reliability to achieve total customer satisfaction. We are also an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization and our batteries meet with QMC/S.A.S. 562/ 31-03-1997 and also conform to ISI 7372-1995 and is approved by Dept. of Industries, Punjab Govt.


	Production Facility We have a wide infrastructural facility with state-of-the-art machines. All these batteries are manufactured with fully automatic and highly equipped CNC machines. Our product quality and performance is comparable with the mot superior one in the battery industry and our range is suitable for fitment in all types of commercial and passenger vehicles. All these batteries have been designed for use in tropical conditions and built with rugged internal guts to offer long working life even after harsh conditions. We also have our own sophisticated testing lab which is equipped with micro ohm meter, clamp meter and core tester, etc., for our electronic products. They are also wounded on high equipped CNC winding machines.
